用了这么长时间的octopress总该扩展一点点事情了，在Blogging的时候，总有一些信息是需要被特殊标记的，但是我并不喜欢简单的加粗或是斜体。类似的东西在Apple Document中有很多

这里我就把这个功能照搬到octopress中了。

1.在plugins目录创建一个notebox.rb

3.markdown的语法（因为格式问题写成了％，需要替换成%）
